Northwest Community Housing Foundation (NWCHF) is an Oregon nonprofit public benefit corporation dedicated to creating and sustaining affordable, accessible housing for low- and middle-income households in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West.
Our mission
Our foremost priority is to supply afforable rent-restricted housing for two key groups: low-income households earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI) and middle-income households earning between 60% and 150% AMI.
Through building, acquiring, and rehabilitating homes, we work to provide stable housing options that meet the needs of our communities and ensure that more households have the opportunity to live in secure, affordable homes.
